2 pounds hamburger
2 tablespoons Wright or Morton’s Tender Quick
¼ teaspoon onion powder
1 cup water
1½ teaspoon liquid smoke
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and shape into 3 long rolls. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 24 hours. Lay in jelly roll pan and bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes. Drain and cool. Rewrap and store in refrigerator. Slice and serve cold with cracker and cheese.
