1 15 oz can Black Beans, 1 1/2 cups cold cooked long grain Rice, 1 1/2 cup fresh Tomatoes chopped, 4 Green Onions chopped, 1 Celery stick sliced, 1/2 cup fresh Spinach, 2 T. fresh Cilantro, 1 cup crumbled Feta Cheese, 1 cup Italian Salad Dressing
Mix all ingredients together adding the dressing last. Chill for 1 hour before serving.
