3/4 cup oil
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 cups sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Crisco, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Mix together moist and dry ingredients. Chill dough a minimum of 1 hour. Roll out dough 1/8" thick. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 6-8 min. at 400.
