3 baking sized potatoes (or equivalent)
4 slices bacon
1 medium onion
1 can corn (or frozen equivalent)
1 can chicken broth
1/2 tsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Directions:
-cut onion and bacon into 1/4" pieces and cook bacon crisp
-cut potatoes into 1" cubes
-combine all ingredients in a crock pot and mix well
-add water to desired thickness
-cook until potatoes are done
