1 small pkg. brownie mix
1 egg
2 TB water
1 pkg. caramels
5 oz. evaporated milk

2 - 8oz. pkg cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 TB vanilla
chocolate syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Mix brownie mix, egg and water together and pour into a 9x9 in. pan. Bake @ 350 for 20 mins. Unwrap caramels. Melt caramels and evaporated milk about 2-3 mins. in a microwave, stirring often. Pour over baked brownies, reserving 1/2 cup for topping. Mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla an d2 eggs. Pour over caramel mix and brownies. Bake @ 375 for 25-30 mins. When cool, dizzle remaining caramel and chocolate syrup over top.
