5 cups thinly sliced apples
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup butter
1 TB lemon juice
3/4 to 1 cup sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Place apples in greased 8x8x2 pan. Combine lemon juice and water. Pour over apples. Blend sugar, flour, cinnamon and butter. Sprinkle over apples. Bake @ 375 for 45 min.
Serve warm or cold.
