4 TB butter
2 eggs, beaten
1 TB flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup or 3 1/2 oz. can shredded coconut
1 cup milk
1 unbaked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Melt butter; add remaining ingredients. Pour into shell. Bake until firm, about 45-60 min.
