2 15 ounce cans black beans - drained and rinsed
1 16 ounce can whole kernel corn - drained
1 red bell pepper - chopped
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1 tablespoon cumin
garlic salt to taste
Juice of 2 limes

Tortilla chips
