1 1/2 cups flour
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 stick butter or margarine, melted in 9 x 13" pan

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place cake pan in oven with butter to melt it. Beat first 4 ingredients and put in pan with melted butter. Bake for 30 minutes or until puffed up and browned.

Personal Notes:
When you remove the pancake from the oven, it will deflate somewhat. To cut down on fat, I have made this recipe with 1/4 cup of butter (1/2 stick), and it has turned out fine.
