3/4 c. margarine, softened
2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
3 large eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. baking powder
1 T. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat margarine and powdered sugar with electric mixer until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating just until yellow disappears. Mix flour and baking powder. Add flour mixture alternately with sour cream. Beat at low speed until just blended after each addition. Stir in vanilla. Pour batter into a greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hr. or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 10 minutes. Remove from pan and cool on a wire rack. Serve with whipped topping.
