1 box Zesta crackers
1 1/4 c. canola oil
1 pkg. powdered Ranch "original" dressing mix
1 tsp. ground red pepper ( optional )

Directions:
Directions:
Place crackers into a one gallon glass jar.

Mix oil, dressing mix, and ground pepper together. Pour over crackers. Put lid on jar and turn and roll jar. Let sit overnight continuing to roll occasionally until almost all oil is absorbed. Empty jar. Wash and dry jar thoroughly. Return crackers to the jar and store tightly closed.
