7 oz. small shells or elbow macaroni 1/4 c. butter 6 tbsp. flour 1 tsp. salt 2 c. milk 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Cook macaroni. Drain. Set aside. Melt butter. Blend in flour and salt. Stir in milk until smooth. Microwave 5 to 6 minutes. Stir each minute with fork until thickened. Stir in cubed cheese. Stir in microwave. Microwave at medium - high 7 to 10 minutes. Stir halfway through cooking time.
