2 c. biscuit mix
1 lb. ground sausage (mild, regular, or spicy-as you like)
1 c. grated sharp cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and mix well with hands. Shape into small balls until 1 inch diameter. Bake on ungreased baking sheet at 350 for approximately 25 minutes. Sausage balls can be prepared ahead of time and frozen. If frozen, prepare as directed, and freeze on a cookie sheet. When frozen, put in freezer bag until ready to bake.
