1/2 stick butter, room temperature
1 c. peanut butter
1 c. powdered sugar
6 oz. package semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
1. Using an electric mixer, beat butter and peanut butter until smooth.
2. Melt chocolate chips in microwave for 1 minute. Stir until smooth
3. Roll peanut butter mixture into 1 inch balls.
4. Dip half of ball into melted chocolate. Set on wax paper.
Store in cool place.
