1/2 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
1/4 c. cottage cheese (blended) or ricotta cheese
2-3 oz. mozzarella cheese, grated
1/4 lb. Italian sausage, ham, bacon (cooked crisp)
1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450.
2. Combine cottage/ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, and meat.
3. Divide dough into 3 or 4 portion. Using a floured rolling pin and surface, roll each dough section into 6 inch circle.
4. Divide the filling evenly between the dough circles.
5. Fold dough over, into a half circle, and pinch all the edges very well to seal.
6. Melt butter in microwave for 20 seconds.
7. Brush top of each calzone with melted butter. Then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
8. Bake for 15 minutes.
