1 c. flour
1/2 c. salt
1 T. cream of tartar
1 c. water with food coloring added
2 T. vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
In a small saucepan mix together flour, salt and cream of tartar. In a bowl mix together water and oil. Add liquids to dry ingredients in saucepan. Cook over medium heat for approximately 3 minutes. Knead and have fun.
