Ingredients: 6 oz cream cheese, softened 1 can sweetened condensed milk 1 egg 1 t vanilla 1 c mini semi-sweet chocolate morsels 1 t flour 1 Keebler Graham Pie Crust
CHOCOLATE GLAZE
1/2 c mini semi-sweet chocolate morsels 1/4 c whipping cream

Directions:In large mixing bowl beat cream cheese on medium speed of electric mixer until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened Condensed milk. Add egg and vanilla, mixing until just combined. Toss together 1 c chocolate morsels and flour. Fold into cream cheese mixture. Pour into crust. Bake at 350* about 30 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool 1 hour.
In small saucepan combine 1/2 c chocolate morsels and cream. Cook over very low heat, stirring constantly, until chocolate melts and mixture thickens slightly. Remove from heat. Pour over cheesecake. Cool for 30 minutes. Garnish as desired. Refrigerate at least 2 hrs. Store in refrigerator.
