2 eggs 1 can mushroom soup 1/2 tsp. salt 2 c. cooked & drained squash, dice or slice 1 can fried onion rings 1 c. cheese, grated butter bread crumbs
Mix eggs, mushroom soup & salt . Grease a casserole dish with butter. Put layer of squash & 1/2 mushroom mixture. Add half of onions & cheese. Repeat. Cover with butter bread crumbs & bake at 350ºF for 15 to 20 minutes.
