1 pound lasagna noodles
3/4 pound cottage cheese
2 pound ground beef, browned, drained of fat
2 eggs
2 large jars spaghetti sauce
1 pound mozzarella cheese
4 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
1-1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook lasagna noodles per package directions. Drain and cover with cold water until ready to use, then drain. Mix eggs and cottage cheese. Season to taste with pepper and salt. In greased baking dish arrange layers of tomato sauce, lasagna, cottage cheese, meat, mozzarella cheese ending with Parmesan cheese over top. Bake about 30 minutes in moderate oven.
