3 to 4 lb. beef roast
1 tsp. salt
2 cups water
2 medium onions, sliced
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. Italian seasonings
1 to 2 bouillon cubes
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Salt and pepper roast, put in soup pot with onion. Add water to top of roast. Cook until done. Take roast out and cool. Shred roast and return to broth. Add garlic, seasoning, bouillon cubes and seasoned salt. Add Worcestershire and enough water to barely cover roast. Simmer for 45 minutes.
