8 pieces of cooked manicotti
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1 3/4 c. ricotta cheese
1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
1/3 c. parmesan cheese
1 egg
1 T. parsley
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. nutmeg (opt.)
1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cook pasta according to package.
Mix ricotta, mozzarella and 1/2 parmesan cheese together.
Add egg and seasoning.
Fill each pasta tube with mixture and place in baking pan with think layer of spaghetti sauce on bottom.
Pour remaining spaghetti sauce on top and sprinkle with remaining parmesan cheese.
Cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
