1 1/4 lb ground beef
Salt and pepper
1/4 cup terryaki sauce
4 English muffins, split
Finely shredded cabbage
Chinese hot mustard
Thinly sliced cucumbers
Sweet hot chili sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Form beef into 4 patties and season with salt and pepper. Grill or cook to desired doneness, basting with terryaki sauce toward the end of cooking. Grill or toast english muffins and assemble burgers with shredded cabbage, cucumbers, hot mustard and Chinese sweet hot chili sauce.
