Shredded Lettuce
Shredded Cheese
Diced Onions
Picante Sauce
Sour Cream

Fry Bread:
5 Pounds Of Flour
1/2 Cup of Sugar
2 Eggs

Chili:
5 Pounds Browned Ground Meat
1/2 Gallon of Tomato Sauce
1 Gallon Ranch Style Beans
1/2 Cup Chile Powder
Salt and Pepper to Taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine chili ingredients and cook for about an hour, Add milk to mixer or bread machine until soft dough forms. Knead dough for 15 minutes or if you have a bread machine, until the machine is done kneading. Set aside in covered bowl. Take a hand size ball and flatten with rolling pin to saucer size. Poke a hole in the middle with the end of the rolling pin. Fry at 350 until light golden brown and drain on paper towel. To make tacos:
layer on top of fry bread-chili, lettuce, cheese, onions, picante sauce, and sour cream.
