Ingredients:
The amount of each ingredient depends on the number of people you will be serving:
Crab boil
Smoked sausage
New potatoes
Corn on the Cob
Medium shrimp
Onions – optional

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the above on an outside gas cooker in large covered stock pot: Bring to boil: sausage and crab boil. Cook for approximately 40 minutes. Add new potatoes, cook for 20 minutes. To add extra flavor to potatoes, puncture each potato with a fork. Onions may be added for extra flavor after potatoes. When adding onions, you want to make sure you don’t overcook or the onions will be mushy. Add corn on the cob, cook for 8 – 10 minutes. Add Shrimp, bring to boil and cook for 3 minutes. Turn off fire and let sit until ready to eat.
