1 cup sugar
1/3 cup evaporated milk
1 tsp cinnamon
1 Tbls butter or margarine
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 to 3 cups of Pecan halves
Dash of salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan combine sugar, evaporated milk, cinnamon and butter, bring to rolling boil over medium high heat and boil 1 minute. Turn off. Stir in vanilla, salt and pecan halves. Pour onto lightly buttered baking sheet. Cool and separate pecan halves.
