1 cup of quick grits - cooked
1 lb sausage or bacon (chopped)
1 small onion finely chopped (optional)
1/3 green pepper finely chopped (optional)
1 1/2 cups grated sharp cheese
1/2 stick butter melted
3 eggs beaten
1/2 cup milk
Dash Worchestshire sauce to taste
Dash Tabasco sauce to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Set aside about 1/4 cup or so of cheese to sprinkle over top of casserole when finished cooking. Mix all ingredients together and pour into greased casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes to an hour. Serve while hot.
