1 fryer boiled, deboned & cut up
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream
1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1 stick butter, melted
2 tbsp. poppy seed

Directions:
Directions:
Mix soup and sour cream. Add chicken. Put in a casserole dish. Mix crumbs, melted butter and poppy seed. Spread over chicken mixture. Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly.

You can use an equivalent amount of thigh and /or breast meat instead of a whole fryer. I also generally bake my chicken instead of boiling. Season your chicken with salt, pepper and olive oil for a great flavor.
