1 lb. of ground meat (beef, chicken, or turkey)
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cans Mexican tomatoes or regular tomatoes
small can of green chilies
1 can black beans
1 can kidney beans
1 can corn
1 pkg. taco mix
1 pkg. ranch dressing mix

Directions:
Directions:
Brown one pound of ground meat with onion; drain fat. In large pot, add the rest of the ingredients, undrained. Add cooked ground meat. Bring to a boil then cover, turning to low. Cook at least 15 minutes. The longer you cook, the better the flavors marry. Before serving top with cheese, sour cream and/or scallions.
