1 lb. ground beef
1 qt. (32 oz.) spaghetti sauce
2 c. cottage cheese
1 egg, beaten
1/3 c. parmesan cheese
2 c. mozzarella cheese, grated (or more)
8 oz. lasagna noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and drain. Add sauce and simmer for 10 minutes. Mix cottage cheese, egg and parmesan cheese. Put 1 1/2 cups meat sauce in a 9X13 inch baking dish. Top with 1/2 of the noodles (uncooked), 1/2 cup cottage cheese mixture and 1/2 of the mozzarella cheese. Add 1 cup sauce and the rest of the noodles.Top with remainder of cottage cheese mixture, remainder of mozzarella cheese and the rest of the sauce. Make sure the noodles are well covered. Sprinkle with more parmesan and mozzarella cheeses if desired. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight. Bake uncovered at 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Cool 5 to 10 minutes.
