1 lg head broccoli florets
1 lg purple onion
1 c grated cheddar cheese





Dressing:
1/3 c sugar
1 c mayonnaise
2 T red wine vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Chop broccoli and onion. Add grated cheese. Mix ingredients for dressing. Mix all together and let stand in refrigerator at least 2 hours before serving.

You may substitute Miracle Whip or salad dressing for the mayonnaise. You may also substitute white wine vinegar or balsamic vinegar for the red wine vinegar. You may also want to add some raisins and/or sunflower seeds {shelled} for additional flavor.
