2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 med. onion
1 med. can enchilada sauce
1 can dices green chilis
1/2 tsp. chili powder
salt and pepper to taste
1 can black beans, drained
flour tortillas
shredded cheddar cheese
sour cream, opt.

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken in medium saucepan with onion, enchilada sauce, green chilis, chili powder, salt and pepper. Cover and simmer for about 20 minutes. Remove lid and simmer for 20-25 minutes more or until most of the liquid has cooked off. With two forks, shred chicken; keep warm. heat beans and tortillas. Place a generous amount of chicken, beans and cheese inside each tortilla.
