1 1/2 lbs. of ground round
sm chopped onion,
3 cans Mexican-style chile beans (undrained),
1 can kidney beans (undrained),
1 can corn (undrained)
1 can of chopped tomatoes (undrained),
1 can of tomato sauce,
1/2 cup of water,
1 pkg taco mix,
1 pkg Ranch salad dressing mix.

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef & onion in large pot, drain grease if any. Stir in ingredients. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer.
Srve with Tortilla chips, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, etc.

You can also put ingredients in crock pot and simmer all day, which is what I do. You can freeze soup up to 3 months.
