1 Egg 1 Can of Warm Beer 1 1/8 Teaspoons Baking Powder 1 Cup of Flour 2 Teaspoons Salt Garlic Salt to Taste
Mix all ingredients together in medium size bowl. Wash and pat dry fish of your choice. Heat 2 inches of cooking oil in frying pan. Dip fish in batter, place in hot oil and turn fish over several times while cooking until golden brown. Strain on paper napkin.
