2 C. cooked chicken or steak strips
2 C. shredded Montery Jack cheese
1 C. Ranch Dressing
1/2 C. diced green chilies
8 flour tortillas, heated
1/4 C melted butter (optional) OR butter flavored Pam.
1 C. good salsa
1 C. guacamole

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 1st 4 ingredients in bowl.
Heat tortillas in microwave for 1 minute to soften.
Place about 1/2 C. meat mixture on each tortilla.
Fold in half to seal.
Brush with melted butter or spray with butter-flavored Pam.
Place on baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Serve with the salsa and guacomole on the side.
