2 cups Sugar, 1 cup Butter, 1 cup Orange Juice, 2 tsp. Vanilla, 2 1/2 cups Flour, 1/2 tsp. Salt, 1 T. Cinnamon, 2 tsp. Baking Soda, 4 cups chopped raw Apples, 1 cup chopped Walnuts

Cream together sugar, butter and eggs, add orange juice and vanilla. Mix together dry ingredients and stir them all together. Stir in apples and nuts. Put into a 9 X 13 pan. Bake at 350 for about 90 minutes.
