2 cups Turkey, 1/2 cup diced Apple, 1/2 cup sliced Onion, 3 T. Butter,3 T. dry yellow Curry Powder, 2 1/2 cups chicken broth, 2 T. Flour, 1 cup Cream, 3 T. Olive Oil, 3 cups cooked rice. Major Grey's Chutney.

Cut up turkey into chunks, melt olive oil in deep fry pan. add turkey, onions, and apple, cook for about 15 minutes. Stir in flour and curry powder and stir well. Cook another couple minutes, add the chicken broth and cook about 15 minutes.Turn down heat and add the cream. Serve over rice. Serve Major Grey's Chutney on the side.
