12 oz. Chocolate Chips, 1/2 cup Butter, 1 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar, 2 Eggs, 1 tsp. Vanilla, 1/2 tsp. Peppermint Extract

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate chips, cool slightly.Mix butter and powdered sugar. Add to melted chocolate. Add eggs, vanilla, and pepermint extract. Mix well. Freeze. Cut into small bite size chunks.
