1 lb. tofu 1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch Dip, dry 1 tsp. minced onion 1/2-1cup water (from tofu package) or soy milk
Blend tofu, seasoning mix, minced onion, and water or milk in 2-3 batches with blender or hand mixer. It can be hard on your blender to add all ingredients at once. Add enough of the water or soy milk to make it creamy.
