3 cups plain or vanilla soy milk
1 banana, peeled and frozen
1-2 cups unsweetened frozen berries (strawberries, raspberries, etc.)
1 c. crushed ice
4 packets Equal© artificial sweetener

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and cut banana into chunks, place in zip-lock freezer bag and freeze overnight.
Place all ingredients in blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.

Delicious and has almost half the calories of the traditional fruit smoothies. A favorite among all students! Yields five 1-cup servings.
