1 1/2 lb. Beef Sirloin Steak, 1 yellow onion chopped,1 cup sliced Mushrooms, 3 cloves minced Garlic, 4 T. Flour, 4 T. Olive Oil, 1 T. Worcestershire Sauce, 1 tsp. Salt, 1/4 tsp. Pepper, 1 cup Beef Stock, 1 10 oz can Cream of Mushroom Soup, 2 cups Sour Cream

Directions:
Brown beef and onions in oil. When browned add garlic. Add flour to pan stir well. Add beef broth and soup, also add mushrooms and worcestershire sauce. Stir good. Cook about 1/2 hour.
