Ingredients:
6-8 ripened avocados
fresh cilantro
2 tomatoes
1 onion
2 limes
1-2 jalapeņos
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Remove the inside of the avocados from the rind and place in a bowl. Mix up and mash a bit. Cut up/dice the cilantro and add to avocado in bowl. Dice the tomatoes and add to bowl. Dice onion and add to bowl. (I only use about 1/2 of the onion, diced very fine.) Dice 1-2 jalapeņo, depending on how spicy you like it, add to the bowl. Cut limes in half and squeeze the lime juice into the bowl. Heavily salt and pepper everything in bowl. Mix everything together. Add more salt, if needed.

Serves 10-12.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Put a few of the avocado seeds inside of the bowl, it will help to keep the guacamole fresh, or from turning brown.

We like to eat this with our homemade tortilla .
