1 can Eagle brand milk
1 1/2 cup water
2 T. grated lemon rind
3 oz package instant vanilla pudding
2 cups whipping cream, whipped
4 cups cubed pound cake or angel food cake
1 pound fresh peaches, sliced
2 cups fresh blueberries, rinsed and well drained.

Directions:

Combine Eagle brand milk, water, lemon rind and vanilla pudding. Chill for 5 minutes. Gently fold in whipped cream.
In a large bowl, layer 1/3 of the pudding mix, 1/2 of the cake cubes, peaches, 1/3 pudding mix, remaining half of cake cubes, blueberries, and remaining pudding. Chill 4 hours prior to serving.
