2 1/2 pound rump roast 2 small onions, diced 1 tsp garlic powder 2 garlic cloves, chopped 2 tsp salt 14 oz ketchup or tomato sauce 14 oz water 1/3 c Worcestershire sauce 2 tsp dried mustard 1/4 c cider vinegar 2 tbsp brown sugar
Combine all ingredients into a crock pot. Cover and cook all day. Chop up the meat - it should fall apart; serve on hard rolls.
