2 c hot mashed potatoes 1 tsp parsley 2 egg yolks, beaten till fluffy 1/3 c grated cheese 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp paprika 1/4 tsp celery salt 1/2 tsp onion powder 2 egg whites, beaten.
Beat egg whites and fold into potatoes; combine all remaining ingredients, except paprika. Fold into potato mixture. Place in greased casserole dish; bake 20 minutes or till hot and golden brown on top
