2 large bags baby spinach
1/2 c dried cranberries or cherries
1 Granny smith apple, diced small
1 Gala apple, diced small
1/4 c slivered almonds or walnuts

Dressing:
1/2 c salad oil
1/4 c white wine
1/2 c sugar
1/4 c cider vinegar
1 tbsp poppy seeds
2 tbsp sesame seeds
1/4 tsp pepper
3 tbsp minced onion

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare dressing by combining all ingredients and refrigerating the day before.

Wash and dry spinach; add to large salad bowl; toss in apples. Toss with dressing; sprinkle remaining ingredients over top.
