1 green pepper
2-3 stalks celery
1 small onion
1T chili powder

11/2 c lentils
1 14 oz can tomatoes
3 c water
2 T soy sauce
1 T mustard
2 T brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Saute the first 3 ingredients in olive oil. Add the chili powder and put the vegies in the crockpot with the rest of the ingredients. Cook on low for 8 hours. Season with 1 tsp salt and barbeque sauce.
