1 and 1/2 lbs concord grapes (4 cups)
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 tblsp lemon juice
2 tblsp butter or margarine, melted
9 inch unbaked pie shell

Topping
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Slip skins from grapes; set skins aside. Bring pulp to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Press through sieve to remove seeds, discard seeds. Add skins to pulp. Add 1 tblsp lemon juice, 2 tblsp butter or margarine, melted to grape mixture. Pour into unbaked pie crust.

Topping
Sift 1/2 cup flour with 1/2 cup sugar. Cut in 1/4 cup butter or margarine until crumbly. Sprinkle over pie.

Bake at 400 for 40 minutes.
