1 egg
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 TB. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. orange juice
2 c. blueberries
2 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together by hand in order given, adding the blueberries last. Grease and flour loaf pan, then add batter. Bake for 45-60 minutes at 350 degrees.

I find that the center of this bread doesn't cook all the way through, so I divide it into two pan, and bake for 40 minutes.
