1 small head Lettuce, torn or cut up
1/2 c. Celery, sliced
1/2 c. Onion, chopped
1/2 Green Pepper, sliced
10 oz. pkg. Frozen Peas
2 c. Mayonnaise
Bacon Bits
Cheddar Cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Place lettuce in a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish or a large glass bowl. Place the following in layers over the lettuce: celery, onion, green pepper and peas. Spread the mayonnaise over all. Sprinkle with bacon bits and top with grated cheese. Chill. Best if made several hours before serving or refrigerate overnight.
