1 quart of milk
1/2 cup rice
1/2 tspn.salt
1/2 cup sugar
1 tspn. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine milk,rice and salt. Heat slowly to boiling. Turn into a uttered 1/12 quart baking dish. Bake in slow oven 300 degrees for 45 minutes stirring 3 or 4 times. Stir sugar and vanilla into rice and bake 15 minutes longer.
